Fans erupt as Sunil Narine’s all-round heroics propel KKR to a dominant win over CSK in IPL 2025

KKR’s bowlers, led by Narine, were clinical from start to finish. Narine spun a web around the CSK batters, finishing with figures of 3/13 in his four overs. He was well supported by Harshit Rana (2/16) and Varun Chakaravarthy (2/22), as CSK stumbled their way to 103/9 in their allotted 20 overs.

Even after Narine’s dismissal, Ajinkya Rahane (20 off 17) and Rinku Singh (15* off 12) ensured there were no hiccups, as KKR chased down the target in just 10.1 overs. The CSK bowlers had no answers to the attacking display, with Khaleel Ahmed proving especially expensive, conceding 40 runs in his three overs.

With this emphatic win, the Knight Riders not only secured two crucial points but also gave a significant boost to their net run rate.
